Hello, I am posting this because my boy friend went here. The first couple visits where good had a tooth pulled and one filled. He had lost his insurance for 9 months, managed to get it back and schedule more work. He went in to possibly have a tooth filled again, but decided to have it pulled. The people where not nice about it, the assistant had changed, as well as the dentists overall attitude. He actually damaged a previously repaired tooth whiling pulling it. Then says " well I told you needed a root canal" two weeks later my boyfriends in agony, the tooth is abscessed. The dentist never even acknowledged he damaged the tooth other than his comment. He goes back again to say this happen the last time and now what can we do. We can pull it or root canal here's some antibiotics. The next day he ends up in ER face and eye swollen shut. Goes back to dentist to tell them what happened. The office had no concern, remorse or even an ounce of compassion. His root canal was scheduled for almost 2 months away. The receptionist doesn't even look in computer says "we have nothing sooner". He doesn't know if its his insurance, his appearance or what, but very dissatisfied with there service and he had been a reoccurring customer. What has happened to people today and their no care attitude.
